Design Sprint Challenge
My manager was challenged with a task of creating a new product using Chat GPT. A small team of six was hand picked to complete this task in 2 weeks (designed and built). We put blood sweat and tears into this product and came out on top with new insights and understandings.
This tool would allow FamilySearch users to upload their own archive files, organize them, and chat GPT would automatically upload metadata from image files.

Here's a view of the user's empty collection page where they can drag and drop a folder of images to upload.

It then prompts the user to name the collection and group. There's a visual to help the user understand what that consists of. For this prototype, we will name the colletion 'Headstones' and the group name 'Central Zambia'. Then the user clicks "BEGIN UPLOAD'.

While the images upload the user can view a progress bar while also watching the metadata pop up automatically from the images. The blue chips show the found metadata. They have the ability to add and takeaway any metadata needed.
